"The people that have made an impact on my career specifically are my co-workers," she says. "That's one nice thing about working in a salon with so many people. We all are always teaching each other and encouraging each other and learning things from each other."
Some people spend years searching for the right career. For Molly, the answer came early, and it never really changed. From a young age, she had her future narrowed down to two options.
"When I was younger, I always said I wanted to be a teacher or a hairstylist. It was always those two," she says.
Once she got her first real taste of salon life, the choice became clear. The energy, the people, the craft — it all clicked. And she's never looked back.
"I love it every single day and wouldn't want to be doing anything else."
